As a natural chef, I take the guesswork out of healthy eating. A graduate of Bauman College of Holistic Nutrition and Culinary Arts, I only use the freshest whole, organic, and seasonal vegetarian and vegan ingredients available.

Let me show you how to really make every calorie work for you by helping you to make healthier choices at the market and stocking your home with food that actually nourishes your body.
As your personal chef I will be responsible for detailing a diet direction based on food likes and dislikes, personal goals and dietary restrictions.
I will provide a menu in advance for your approval, then do the shopping for each menu and prepare several days worth of whole, organic, vegetarian or vegan food in your home. The food will be packaged and labeled with instructions for reheating.
Together we will analyze the contents of your pantry and refrigerator, removing items that do not fit with your new diet direction. We will discuss eating and cooking habits as well as healthier options for dishes you know and love. Pantry makeovers may include a guided trip to the farmers' market and Whole Foods.
